Medical Debt Policy

1. Skylight Gardens Apartments will notify patients/responsible parties in writing about the medical debt owed and collecting medical debt
2. Skylight Gardens Apartments may refer medical debt to a collection agency or law firm for collection; and
3. Skylight Gardens Apartments may identify medical debt as uncollectible or satisfied ending Skylight Gardens Apartments’ collection activities, and refer collection activities to the collection agency or law firm in attempts to recoup medical debt
